Can i use aluminum cookware on my induction cooktop? 2 rules of thumb to live by when using your max burton induction cooktop.

A while ago when i first brought my max burton 6000 1800-watt portable induction cooktop, a simple yet complex question was quickly brought to my attention by my girlfriend (Sanaa).

She asked me- "Thearon, do you think i can use aluminum cookware on our portable induction cooktop?"

After looking at her with a blank stare, i finally answered back.. "Sanaa, i dont know". But after 20 mins of intense research you better know i un-covered some interesting facts lol.

That one question is the reason for this blog post today because i find that alot of people are attracted to the ideal of induction cooktops and or stoves, but dont really know what this all means.

Welp, since you and me are friends, im about to fill you in on the facts right now.

* Different types of induction friendly cookware materials-

So you wanna know how to tell if your cookware is induction friendly?

Heres what i leanred: Try placing a magnet to the bottom of your cookware.

If the magnet sticks, guess what.. YOUR COOKWARE IS INDUCTION FRIENDLY lol.

In order for cookware to work well with induction stoves and cooktops, the cookware must be able to support a magnetic field in it.

80-90 percent of..

* Stainless steel and..

* Cast iron cookware will work on induction cooktops.

* Ok, so what about the none induction friendly cookware materials?-

The rule to go by is..

* Aluminum..

* Glass and..

* Copper cookware will not work on a max burton induction burner or any induction cooktops for that matter (aluminum, glass, and copper also dosent support magnetic fields).

Keep in mind that some stainless steel cookware wont work or will take forever to heat up.

Selection of proper cookware for your induction cooktop is very VERY important unless you wanna damage your cooktop, and im sure thats not your goal my friend.

I hope i have been of help to you.

Enjoy and have a fantastic day, oh by the way.. you should buy a max burton 6000 induction cooktop!

Induction cooktop review-

You know usually im very skeptical about products im testing before hand because i have come across some real b.s. in my time doing reviews. With that being said lets get this ball rolling.

How you doing today? Good i hope, lets talk about the Max burton 6000 1800-watt portable induction cooktop shall we?

Did you know that induction cooking is one of the safest methods of cooking because there involves no heated cooking element or burning flame?

Here's what I liked about it: THE PROS-

The main reason im in love with my Max burton 6000 induction cooktop is because its so versatile.

Im able to move from..

* My home to..

* My office or..

* Any other place i may need to pre-pair a small meal for myself with limited time.

Last week i purchased one for my 18 year old sister (Sanna) as a college gift.

Just yesterday she calls me thanking me saying if it wasn't for her Max burton induction burner, fast food would be on the agenda 100% of the time.

To sum it up, this is the perfect heat source (portable induction cooktop) no matter where your at.

The Max burton induction cooktop uses 1800 watts of power and has adjustable heat settings. Also the burner is large, perfect for..

* Large stock pots and or..

* Large frying pans.

The temperature varies from 140 to 450 degrees which means cooking..

* Delicious chillies..

* Frying golden brown chicken (i love fried chicken lol) and or..

* Simply warming up left overs are all done with ease and precision.

I bet you didnt know the Max burton induction burner heats instantly which helps cut down on cooking time, did you?

What I didn't like about it: THE CONS-

I really wish i had something bad to say about this unit lol, seriously.

I have nothing bad to say about this product. If you decide to purchase, you wont be let down what so ever.

THE VERDICT:

FACT: This unit comes with cookware detection plus overheating sensors which erases the chance of burning your food, how cool it that?

Also, this unit comes standard with a 180 minute max timer which erases the possibilities of..

* Overcooking and..

* Scorching your food (the timer has saves my food at lease 1-2 times a week lol).

Another cool feature is this portable induction cooktop only heats up once cookware comes in contact with it.

Some more cool features i enjoy are..

* The extra user friendly push-button control panel on my max burton 6000..

* The super bright LED display screen..

* The smooth, sexy, compact design and..

* The extra short legs which allows for confident placement on any counter top or table or whatever your using.

Please keep in mind that the Max burton induction burner will only work with..

* Cast iron..

* Magnetic stainless steel..

* Carbon steel and or..

* All stainless steel with magnetic properties.

If your the owner of..

* Aluminum cookware..

* Glass cookware..

* 18/8 stainless..

* 18/10 stainless and or..

* Copper cookware.. YOUR OUT OF LUCK WITH THE MAX BURTON 6000 MY FRIEND.
